Shipping Selection:

Please ensure you select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order. If your order is canceled due to an incorrect or missing shipping selection, you will be responsible for cancellation fees, including currency conversion and credit card processing fees, up to $10.99.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products. Due to the nature of our items including perishable and personal-use products — all sales are final. Please ensure your order is correct before placing it.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

We take chargeback fraud seriously. All fraudulent chargebacks especially in cases where goods were shipped and received will be reported to federal authorities and credit card networks. Chargeback abuse is considered theft and may result in legal action.

Important Delivery Guidelines

• Tracking & Notifications:

We highly recommend enabling text or email alerts for tracking updates to stay informed about your order’s delivery status.

• Perishable Items:

For products such as Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup, it is your responsibility to retrieve your package immediately upon delivery especially if delivered to a mailbox, PO Box, or parcel locker. These items are temperature-sensitive and must be refrigerated overnight upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup or improper storage.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

• Processing Time:

Please allow up 7 business days for order processing after your purchase is placed.

• Shipping Schedule:

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Wednesday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Options:

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Priority Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during holidays or inclement weather. Expected delivery dates are determined by USPS.

• Tracking Information:

All shipments include a tracking number which will be sent directly to your email.

International Orders

Sea Moss Gel cannot be shipped internationally due to its perishable nature and extended transit times. For international customers, we recommend ordering our Sea Moss Capsules or Wildcrafted Raw Dried Sea Moss instead.
